These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of woweffects.co (the “Website”), owned and operated by Key Idea Studio, located at 89 rue de Tivoli, 62200 Boulogne-sur-Mer, France (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, or purchasing any digital product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
You agree to use woweffects.co solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security, or misuse our services.
Creating an account is required to access purchases, subscriptions, and certain features.
You agree to:
provide accurate information,
keep your login credentials secure,
not share your account with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.
We sell:
digital design packs, templates, animations, scripts, and assets,
downloadable files and cloud-hosted effects,
installation and customization services,
recurring annual subscriptions for premium features.
Products may evolve over time, and we may update or replace files as needed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We offer:
one-time purchases,
recurring annual subscriptions, which renew automatically unless canceled.
Prices may change in the future.
If subscription prices change, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product is delivered or downloaded.
Exceptionally, refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:
duplicate purchases,
technical impossibility to access the product,
accidental subscription renewals (within a reasonable time window).
Custom services (installation, custom backgrounds, development work) are strictly non-refundable once started.

All content on woweffects.co—including but not limited to:
templates, effects, animations, SVGs, JS/CSS code, scripts, designs, icons, illustrations,
demo displays and example pages,
downloadable packs,
custom backgrounds,
text, images, and branding—
is the exclusive property of Key Idea Studio, unless stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the user.
All effects, animations, templates, and assets displayed publicly on the Website or in live demos are protected by copyright.
You may not:
copy, scrape, export, reproduce, or reuse demo content, code, designs, animations, or assets,
reproduce the appearance, structure, or behavior of proprietary effects,
capture or extract assets from the frontend for personal or commercial use.
Demos are for visualization only, not for free use.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that permits you to:
✔ Use the product for your personal or commercial projects.
✔ Install the product on your own website or your client’s website.
You may NOT:
✘ resell, redistribute, or share the product files,
✘ include the product in a competing library, pack, or software,
✘ publish or distribute the files on Github, CDNs, shared drives, or marketplaces,
✘ reverse-engineer protected effects or animations,
✘ use the content to train AI models or generate derivative products.
If you are an agency or freelancer, each end-client project must have its own valid license, unless otherwise stated in a specific plan.
Bulk or unlimited licensing may be offered in the future but is not included unless explicitly mentioned.
Any custom development, custom animations, custom backgrounds, SVG creations, or bespoke effects created for a client remain the property of Key Idea Studio, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
The client receives a right to use the delivered solution, not to resell or redistribute it.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, scraping, or reverse-engineering of our assets, scripts, templates, or demos constitutes a breach of these Terms, and may result in:
suspension or termination of your account,
revocation of licenses without refund,
legal action for damages,
reporting to hosting providers and platforms.
We actively monitor for unauthorized use and DMCA violations.
You may not:
use our products to create competing services or design libraries,
bypass license validation or attempt to obtain products without payment,
share account login details or purchased files with third parties,
misuse or overload our servers or CDN,
use our platform for illegal activities.
We do our best to ensure uninterrupted service, but availability may vary due to:
server maintenance,
updates,
outages at our hosting provider (o2switch),
third-party service disruptions (Stripe, Brevo, analytics).
We are not liable for service interruptions outside our control.
Our Website integrates with:
Stripe (payments),
Brevo (email),
Google, Facebook, Apple (future social login),
Google Analytics & Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
GTM (tag management),
third-party CDNs.
These tools may collect personal data according to their own policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
violate these Terms,
attempt fraud or misuse,
engage in unauthorized redistribution of our products.
Upon termination:
your license may be revoked,
access to files and updates ends immediately,
no refund is issued for violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Your use of the Website and products is at your own risk.
We are not liable for damages resulting from implementation errors, conflicts with third-party plugins, misconfigurations, or improper usage.
We are not liable for business interruption, data loss, or revenue loss.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in France.
We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
